When I set up FX Analytics’ services, is it always active on my accounts?
FX Analytics actively trades on accounts during most business days. As a user, you will receive a detailed trading calendar that outlines our algorithms trading schedule, including the specific days it will and will not be active on your account(s).
How can I delete my account?
If you would like to end our services you can do so by contacting our customer support center at [email protected]. They will request a full payout from any Prop Firm accounts that you have and close the accounts for you.
